Common questions

Before you get started

What care is planned, and where?

The planned scope is evening care inside traveler accommodation in Seoul, including hotels and residences: 3–5 hours between 18:00 and 23:00, for up to two children aged 3–8.

Who chooses the sitter?

When requests open, parents will browse profiles and choose a sitter directly. The sitter will review the schedule and details, then accept or decline.

Can I request care now?

For now, you can receive updates by email. Care requests and payments will open when preparations are complete.

How can I understand the cost?

Estimated care cost is the sitter’s hourly rate × the requested hours. Accommodation access or other separate costs are distinct from payment, refund and payout records. Online payments are not available, and platform fees have not been finalized.
